Once complete, we’ll walk the space together to make sure everything meets expectations. Once you’ve had time to fully settle in, we’ll follow up a few months later to make sure it’s exactly as you imagined!

It’s time for pre-construction planning. Final design selections are made, showroom visits are coordinated if needed, any numbers are fine-tuned, and final job-site logistics are locked in – so construction kicks off with a smooth start!

Rather than quick ballpark pricing, we take a deeper dive to develop accurate pricing early on. That means reviewing scope in detail, assessing trades when needed, and talking through early design and finish choices that impact cost the most.

Setting clear expectations up front.

After the walkthrough, we’ll outline a preconstruction agreement and fee based on your project’s scope and complexity. This covers the time and expertise that go into thoughtful planning and estimate development (and it’s applied to your project if you move forward with us).

We’ll walk the space together to review existing conditions, logistics, and possibilities. This is where early ideas start taking shape and you get a feel for how we think, plan, and approach projects.

Yes, and here's why: accurate estimates take real time and expertise to develop. We're not throwing out ballpark numbers—we're reviewing scope in detail, assessing what trades might be needed, and talking through design and finish choices that affect cost the most. This pre-construction fee gets applied to your project if you move forward with us!

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

Yes! We've partnered with Acorn Finance to make it easier to move forward with your project without waiting. Through Acorn, you can access financing up to $100,000 with multiple lenders competing to give you the best rate. Most customers are approved and funded within 1–2 business days, and pre-approval doesn't affect your credit score. We'll include the Acorn link in your estimate so you can explore options that work for your budget.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE BILLING & PRICING?

We work on a cost-plus basis, which means you see exactly what materials, subcontractors, and labor actually cost (with our fee clearly stated up front). No surprises! If something changes during construction (and sometimes it does), you'll know about it right away, along with how it affects the budget and timeline.

WHAT'S YOUR SERVICE AREA?

We primarily serve the Monadnock Region of Southern New Hampshire, including Keene, Peterborough, and surrounding towns. We also take on select projects in the lakes and other regions of New Hampshire and parts of Vermont. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just reach out—we're happy to let you know!

HOW FAR OUT ARE YOU BOOKING?

Because we're selective about projects and maintain a smaller workload than commercial contractors, our schedule fills up in advance. Reach out as early as you can to get on our calendar, especially for spring and summer builds.
