Preconstruction fees are typically around 1% of the anticipated construction budget, depending on the project's complexity. Any necessary third-party professional services are discussed separately.

We use a time-and-materials billing structure, meaning you're billed for the actual labor, materials, and subcontractor costs involved in your project, plus our established markups.

The estimate is our best projection based on the information available at that time, not a guaranteed fixed price. Your final cost may be higher or lower depending on actual expenses, selections, changes, and unforeseen conditions.

Throughout construction, we provide detailed invoices, typically weekly or biweekly, so you can see exactly where your money is going and how actual costs compare to the original budget.
