Once preliminary estimate is approved & deposit is paid
Now we dial in the details. Selections are finalized, remaining pricing and scope are refined, and job-site logistics are planned. Your final agreement becomes the roadmap we’ll use to build your project.
Preliminary Estimate Development & Delivery
Typically delivered 2–4 weeks after the walkthrough
We’ll develop a detailed first draft of your project estimate and review it together. Once we’re aligned on the overall scope and budget, your approval and deposit officially moves your project into our construction pipeline.
For larger, more complex projects ONLY.
Some projects require additional site visits, subcontractor input, and detailed pricing to build an accurate estimate. For these projects, we’ll outline a preconstruction fee that covers this upfront work and is applied to your project if you move forward with us.

We’ll walk the space together to review existing conditions, logistics, and possibilities. This is where early ideas start taking shape and you get a feel for how we think, plan, and approach projects.
