Once complete, we’ll walk the space together to make sure everything meets expectations. Once you’ve had time to fully settle in, we’ll follow up a few months later to make sure it’s exactly as you imagined!

We communicate regularly so you always know what’s happening and why. Projects are managed on a cost-plus basis, with transparent tracking of materials, subcontractors, and labor — allowing flexibility when real-life changes inevitably pop up.

Once preliminary estimate is approved & deposit is paid

Now we dial in the details. Selections are finalized, remaining pricing and scope are refined, and job-site logistics are planned. Your final agreement becomes the roadmap we’ll use to build your project.


Preliminary Estimate Development & Delivery

Typically delivered 2–4 weeks after the walkthrough

We’ll develop a detailed first draft of your project estimate and review it together. Once we’re aligned on the overall scope and budget, your approval and deposit officially moves your project into our construction pipeline.


For larger, more complex projects ONLY.

Some projects require additional site visits, subcontractor input, and detailed pricing to build an accurate estimate. For these projects, we’ll outline a preconstruction fee that covers this upfront work and is applied to your project if you move forward with us. 


Pre-Construction Agreement

We’ll walk the space together to review existing conditions, logistics, and possibilities. This is where early ideas start taking shape and you get a feel for how we think, plan, and approach projects.

How much does a whole home renovation cost in NH?

This is entirely dependent on your starting point, your project scope and your selections! Every renovation is a unique and tailored experience and should be treated as such. That’s why we don’t throw out random ballpark square foot prices. We gather this information, work with you on your needs and wants, and put together an estimate that makes sense for your project.

What if we find unexpected issues during the renovation?

Something unexpected almost always comes up - it's just the nature of renovations. It could be funky wiring/plumbing, hidden water damage, or something we couldn't see until we opened up a wall. When this happens, we'll walk you through what we found, explain why it matters, and lay out the solution with clear costs. No surprises, we just keep you in the loop and solve it the right way! We always recommend that clients set aside a 10% contingency buffer to cover any of these situations that may come up.

Do you handle permits and inspections for whole home renovations?

Sure thing! You don’t have to worry. We handle all permits, inspections, and code compliance. We'll submit the plans to the city or town, pull the permits, schedule inspections as we reach each milestone, and address any questions from building officials. It's all part of our full-service approach to make sure your project stays on track and meets all requirements.
