That’s why we don’t throw out random ballpark square foot prices. We gather this information, work with you on your needs and wants, and put together an estimate that makes sense for your project.

Something unexpected almost always comes up - it's just the nature of renovations. It could be funky wiring/plumbing, hidden water damage, or something we couldn't see until we opened up a wall. When this happens, we'll walk you through what we found, explain why it matters, and lay out the solution with clear costs. No surprises, we just keep you in the loop and solve it the right way! We always recommend that clients set aside a 10% contingency buffer to cover any of these situations that may come up.

Do you handle permits and inspections for whole home renovations?

Sure thing! You don’t have to worry. We handle all permits, inspections, and code compliance. We'll submit the plans to the city or town, pull the permits, schedule inspections as we reach each milestone, and address any questions from building officials.
